Safety/ FAQ's

A) For the safety of all children, ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. No one shall operate, supervise or enter the Bounce House if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other legal or illegal drug or substance.

B) Please have users remove items such as shoes, glasses, dangle earrings, anklets, bracelets, belts, and any sharp or bulky items that may be in their pockets before entering the Bounce House.

C) No rough play in or around the bounce house at any time. Do not wrestle, somersault, flip, hang on supports, climb on outside walls, climb on netting side columns, or climb on the roof of the Bounce House.

D) Participants should be of similar age, size, and stature. Do not allow younger children to bounce with older children.

E) Prevent obstruction of the entrance. Do not allow playing or sitting on the front step or apron. Tell patrons to enter slowly and exit the unit in a sitting position.

F) Adhere to recommended capacity: The number of users at any one time should be limited to allow each user enough room to play safely without contact. 4 to 6 children at a time, depending on size, or 2 teenagers.

G) WARNING - Extra caution and supervision are required for children ages three (3) and under.

H) WARNING - No one should enter the Bounce House with any type of existing injury. Individuals with head, neck, back, or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the Bounce House at any time.

I) WARNING - It is unsafe to stay in Bounce House if winds exceed 15 miles per hour (MPH) or if it is raining or there is a threat of rain. Have all persons exit Bounce House, then unplug the blower unit and let Bounce House deflate.

J) No "Silly String" is permitted to come in contact with the inside or outside of the Bounce House use, as this causes irreparable damage. Customer acknowledges that if the Bounce House is damaged by "Silly String" or any similar product, then a $300 fee shall be automatically imposed and shall be immediately due and payable by Customer.

K) Do not move the Bounce House from the location where set up. If the Bounce House Unit moves pull comers back to their original locations and secure comers.

L) Do not let Bounce House rub up against any surface.

M) Absolutely no food, drinks, or chewing gum allowed in the Bounce House.

What does the delivery and set up process entail when renting inflatables from Playland Inflatables

Do I need an extension cord?

All items require a power source. We supply an 100 foot extension cord ( keep in mind when thinking of the placement of the inflatable item) *Test your outdoor outlets, if you don't use them often, you may not be aware they don't work until time for use*
